Ghirardelli is a San Francisco Bay Area-based chocolate company known for chocolate SQUARES, bars, baking chips, cocoa powder and hot cocoa. The brand extended into the packaged cookie aisle with its Crispy Cookies line, which debuted with two varieties sold 10 cookies to a 6.3-ounce (180g) package, including Classic Chocolate Chip Crispy Cookies made with Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips as the number one ingredient. Ghirardelli also offers cookie dough, gift assortments and professional/foodservice products.
