Fine flavor chocolates hand-crafted in our Minneapolis Confectionery Kitchens. Specialists in creating premium filled chocolates, caramels, bars and truffles. Our products are 100% natural, with no artificial flavors, preservatives, or colors. We use as many local ingredients that are available to a Prairie Chocolatier. B.T.’s signature 70% dark and 40% milk chocolates are processed in the USA with cocoa beans sourced from around the world. Sustainability and social responsibility are key factors in selecting supplier partners. Equally important is sourcing packaging materials which meet our criteria for sustainability. Custom paper products are printed on SFI or Sustainable Forestry Initiative paperboard, a highly rated forest certification standard, with vegetable based inks. The wrappers for our chocolate bars and bites are manufactured from renewable resources and certified to be home- compostable.
