Plant-based products also heat up with strategic partnerships of vegan proteins in restaurants nationwide as well as a “Stranger Things” collaboration for Gopuff and matcha drinks for Joe and the Juice.

This week’s new product launches saw a cereal brand collaborating with Emma Chamberlain’s popular coffee company, new noodle shape creations and the salsa category heating up with the launch of ‘Pickle’ de Gallo.

This week’s new products saw brands delving deeper into plant-based protein options, launching unique popcorn flavors and going bananas over the launch of Minions: The Rise of Gru with a new variety of mini muffins. Plus, GoodPop unveiled its newest organic popsicle variety just in time to help you beat the summer heat.

Fast casual restaurant chain Smashburger teamed up with plant-based dairy product producer Eclipse Foods to launch the chain’s first dairy-free menu item, plant-based shakes. Available in six flavors– Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Peanut Butter, Tangerine Dream and Oreo – the new menu item utilizes Eclipse’s plant-based ice cream, which is made using a proprietary production platform that replicates micelles found in dairy milk.
