Seeking a dynamic, passionate Brand Manager to lead brand building, trade education, and field engagement across the USA Market. Operating across the on-premise and retail segments, this role acts as the primary expert and spokesperson for our premium portfolio, driving brand equity, menu and shelf placements, and trade advocacy through strategic partner relationships, educational seminars, and market activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trade Education & Product Mastery: Serve as the wine and spirits expert by educating trade partners, distributors, venue staff, and VIP clients on product heritage, key selling points, and tasting profiles while leading staff trainings.
- Trade Outreach & On Premise Account Management: Conduct regular visits to target on-premise and retail accounts to build strong relationships, secure new menu and shelf placements, execute in-venue activations, and inspire staff and trade brand advocacy.
- Events & Market Activations: Host and execute local and national trade events, festivals, and industry showcases, delivering high-impact cocktail sampling and structured brand presentations.
- PR & Market Communications: Act as the local spokesperson across media, industry trade networks, and key influencers while providing feedback on market trends and competitive dynamics.
- Reporting & Market Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPI's), submit monthly activity recaps, monitor new menu and retail placements, and report sales growth and market trends within target accounts.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Industry Background: Proven experience as a beverage industry professional with deep familiarity with spirits and wine categories (WSET certification preferred)
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree preferred, alongside experience in beverage sales, brand management, or brand execution.
- Core Skills: Self-starter capable of managing time and market budgets independently, with strong public speaking, event planning, and presentation skills (PowerPoint/Excel).
- Special Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean record, willingness to work flexible evening hours or weekends as required by market events, and market travel.
