Role Overview

The Brand Manager plays a critical role in bringing the Good Boy Vodka brand to life at both a national and regional level. Working closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and VP of Marketing, this role is equal parts brand steward, project, event and sponsorship manager, and executor.


This is a hands-on, in-the-weeds position responsible for executing marketing initiatives, supporting sales, and ensuring every detail of the brand shows up correctly in market.


You will work within the broader marketing strategy set by leadership while owning day-to-day execution across point of sale, events, assets, and regional marketing needs.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Execution & Marketing Support

  • Support execution of the national marketing calendar across all channels
  • Build and maintain presentations, sell sheets, and marketing materials
  • Assist in campaign development and rollout, ensuring consistency across markets
  • Support product launches and line extensions from a marketing standpoint


Regional Sales Support

  • Partner closely with regional sales managers to support local market needs
  • Fulfill ad hoc requests that fall outside national programming
  • Ensure sales teams have access to the most up-to-date assets and materials
  • Act as a bridge between sales and marketing to drive execution in market


Project Management & Asset Organization

  • Own organization and maintenance of digital assets (Dropbox)
  • Ensure all files, packaging updates, and creative assets are current and accessible
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional workflows
  • Create clear, concise job orders for designers and vendors


Creative & Design Management

  • Work directly with designers to develop POS, marketing materials, and campaign assets
  • Proof and refine creative to deliver polished, final-ready work to leadership
  • Manage revisions, feedback loops, and approvals efficiently


Point of Sale (POS) Development

  • Support creation and execution of POS across all formats:
  • Print materials (table tents, posters, signage)
  • Large-scale assets (A-frames, tents, bar wraps, displays)
  • Coordinate with vendors to collect specs, manage production, and ensure delivery
  • Ensure all POS is on-brand and optimized for retail/on-premise environments


Event & Sponsorship Management

  • Plan and execute brand events, samplings, and activations
  • Support sponsored events by ensuring full brand presence and execution
  • Coordinate logistics including:
  • Shipping materials (tents, apparel, swag, signage)
  • On-site setup and branding visibility
  • Partner integrations (logos, website placements, etc.)
  • Maximize ROI on all event and sponsorship investments


Ambassador Program Support

  • Work closely with brand ambassadors to ensure they are equipped for success
  • Coordinate assets, kits, and communication for activations and events
  • Support scheduling, logistics, and overall program execution


Operations & Inventory Coordination

  • Partner with warehouse team to manage POS inventory and new items
  • Ensure internal systems and ordering portals are current and accurate
  • Track quantities, pricing, and availability of marketing materials

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in CPG, beverage
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for design and brand consistency
  • Excellent communicator, both internally and externally
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and execute at a high level
  • Experience with POS, events, and field marketing is a plus
