Digital Marketing Coordinator
Three Taverns Brewery & Taprooms
Atlanta, GA | Full-time | Reports to CEO
About the Role
Three Taverns Craft Brewery is an Atlanta-based production brewery with beer in market at retail — package and draft — as well as three distinct hospitality venues: Ponce Brew Terminal on the Beltline, The Imaginarium in Reynoldstown, and The Parlour in Decatur, each with its own personality, food/beer programming, and event calendar. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand to life online: managing social content, building out promotional graphics, supporting event and campaign marketing, managing our website and email marketing, and promoting both our taprooms and our beer wherever it's sold.
What You'll Do
• Own day-to-day content creation and scheduling for Instagram, Facebook, and other channels across all three taprooms and our retail/package/draft presence
• Design promotional graphics and Story content for recurring programming (events, live music, food pop-ups, seasonal and new beer releases)
• Collaborate with outside marketing and creative suppliers/agencies on graphic design development, providing brand direction and feedback and managing timelines and deliverables
• Support larger campaigns (major sports events, beer events and releases, sweepstakes/promotions) with graphics, copy, and channel coordination
• Promote the production brewery itself — brewing process, new releases, brewery tours, and behind-the-scenes content
• Create content supporting retail and draft placements — bottle shop/grocery features, bar and restaurant draft accounts, distributor partnerships
• Write and manage caption copy, respond to reviews/comments, and monitor community engagement
• Coordinate with location managers, kitchen/bar teams, and sales/distribution contacts to capture content and promote events and new placements in real time
• Track basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and report on what's working
• Own website management — content updates, event/menu pages, new release pages, and overall site accuracy across all locations
• Own email marketing — building and sending campaigns, managing subscriber lists, and coordinating email content with social and event calendars
• Assist with light photo/video editing as needed
What We're Looking For
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships and freelance/personal projects count)
• Comfort with Canva, Adobe Creative tools, or similar design software; bonus if you know Photoshop or have any scripting/automation experience for content production
• Basic familiarity with website content management systems (Squarespace or similar) — no coding required, but comfort editing pages and uploading content
• Experience with (or quick to learn) email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
• Strong writing skills and a good eye for visual brand consistency
• Genuine interest in the craft beer industry — both the hospitality/taproom side and the production/retail side
• Self-starter who can juggle multiple venues and deadlines without heavy oversight
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required — we care more about a strong portfolio and hustle
• Comfortable with occasional evening/weekend work for events
Nice to Have
• Photography and/or videography skills (event coverage, product shots, Reels/TikTok-style short-form video)
• Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
• Experience with Meta Business Suite / Business Manager, including account and Page management
• Familiarity with Python or other tools for automating repetitive design tasks (batch-generating graphics, resizing for multiple formats, etc.)
• Copywriting experience across different tones/voices (promotional, brand storytelling, review responses)
Compensation
$42,000–$52,000 base, commensurate with experience, plus:
• 15 days PTO
• 50% company contribution toward employee health, dental, and vision insurance premiums
• 401(k) with company match
• Beer perks
