BKON is hiring for our production team!
We are seeking a dependable Cellar Worker to support the operations of our coffee manufacturing facility. The Cellar Worker is responsible for performing a variety of tasks involved in the production and packaging of liquid coffee.
This position is ideal for someone looking to either enter or exit the beer/brewery industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a high-paced environment
- Grind coffee beans
- Filter and package coffee concentrate
- Operate a variety of equipment including a centrifuge and reverse osmosis system
- Assist with brewing and other tasks as needed
- CIP tanks and equipment
- Follow all company safety, quality, and food manufacturing procedures
Required Skills/Qualifications
- At least 1 year in a brewery, food/beverage manufacturing facility, or similar preferred
- Some knowledge of CIP and COP procedures
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift Certification preferred
