Position Summary

Good Boy Vodka is seeking a highly organized, energetic Regional Marketing Coordinator to help bring our national marketing strategy to life at the local level. This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing event execution, trade marketing, wholesaler support, and consumer engagement.


Working closely with Marketing and Sales, this individual will serve as the primary marketing contact for their region, ensuring that local activations, sponsorships, events, and distributor initiatives are executed with excellence. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who enjoys planning, coordinating, solving problems, and building relationships.


Key Responsibilities

Regional Marketing & Trade Support

  • Serve as the day-to-day marketing contact for wholesalers, Area Sales Managers, and Regional Directors within assigned markets.
  • Build and manage a regional marketing calendar, ensuring national campaigns are executed locally and market opportunities are planned proactively.
  • Attend GSM meetings and regional planning sessions to align marketing support with sales priorities.
  • Coordinate retail and on-premise marketing initiatives, promotions, and trade activations.
  • Identify local marketing opportunities and recommend programs that drive distribution and consumer engagement.


Events & Sponsorships

  • Plan and coordinate samplings, festivals, sponsorships, venue activations, golf tournaments, and consumer events.
  • Manage event logistics including permits, staffing, signage, promotional materials, apparel, and product coordination.
  • Support execution of sponsored venue activations and key account events.
  • Collect event recaps, photos, results, and ROI reporting.


Ambassador Program

  • Coordinate regional brand ambassadors, including scheduling, communication, supplies, training logistics, and post-event reporting.
  • Ensure ambassadors are equipped and prepared for successful activations.
  • Partner with Sales to maximize consumer engagement opportunities.


Marketing Operations

  • Coordinate production and installation of approved marketing materials including banners, billboards, menus, signage, displays, and promotional assets.
  • Source vendor quotes, negotiate pricing, manage timelines, and oversee project completion.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, invoices, billbacks, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain inventory of regional POS and promotional materials.


Relationship Management

  • Build strong working relationships with distributor marketing teams, retailers, venue partners, and local organizations.
  • Represent Good Boy Vodka professionally at events, meetings, and industry functions.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that align with company objectives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in beverage alcohol, CPG, event marketing, trade marketing, or brand marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
