We're looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic person to join our team as the Regional Chain Director - FL. Help us shake the rust off the Beer Industry and bring FUN back to Beer with Outlaw Light!


Position Overview

The Regional Chain Director is responsible for managing, growing, and executing chain business across an assigned region. This role partners closely with distributor Key Account Managers (KAMs), wholesalers, and internal sales teams to drive distribution, promotional execution, and velocity across regional and national chain accounts.

The RCD serves as the primary chain-level leader within the region, ensuring alignment to company priorities, maximizing promotional effectiveness, and delivering consistent execution across all markets.

We’re looking for an experienced Chain Director to immediately step in and manage, grow, and execute chain business across a defined region.

What You’ll Do:

·       Own relationships with key regional and national chain accounts

·       Partner closely with distributor KAMs and wholesalers to drive execution

·       Lead chain-level promotions, displays, samplings, and seasonal programs

·       Track performance (GAP, MTD/YTD, execution) and close gaps quickly

·       Negotiate additional displays and floor placements

·       Prospect new chain opportunities and re-engage buyers

·       Ensure consistent execution, pricing, and brand standards across markets

What We’re Looking For:

·       3+ years managing chain or national accounts (CPG / beverage preferred)

·       Strong distributor and wholesaler leadership experience

·       Proven ability to execute, analyze data, and drive results

·       Comfortable with travel and fast-paced environments
