We exist to bridge the gap between "No-Alc" and full-strength cocktails with the lightest spirit RTD on the market: 2.5% ABV and just 50 calories. As the first "feet on the street" for All Día, your primary mission is to secure "Golden Placements" across Central Texas. You aren't just selling a can; you are owning the cold box. You will spend 80% of your time in the field, moving between liquor stores, hotels, resorts and high-volume bars to ensure All Día is the first thing a customer sees. You are a heavy user of the All Día CRM, treating every visit as a data point to refine our 2026 launch strategy.


Core Responsibilities

  • Distribution Growth: Identify, pitch and open new on and off-premise accounts in Austin and San Antonio, focusing on our top 50 targets.
  • Merchandising & Cold Box Dominance: Visit existing accounts daily to ensure All Día is stocked, front-facing, and positioned for maximum velocity.
  • Wholesaler Synergy: Lead "Ride-Alongs" with wholesaler reps. You are the product expert; they are the logistics experts. You will support their team on how to pitch All Día.
  • Liquid to Lips: Manage and execute high-impact tastings and events. You own the setup, the "Hook," and the critical follow-up to secure the re-order.
  • CRM Discipline: 100% daily logging of all account activity, using data to refine our 2026 launch strategy and track "Bounty" performance.


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years in beverage sales (Spirits/RTD/Craft Beer preferred).
  • Knowledge of the Texas TABC landscape.
  • Hustle-First Mindset: A self-starter who thrives on "the hunt" and is comfortable being the first sales hire in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to lift/carry 40lb cases on a repetitive basis.
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for daily market travel.


Compensation

  • Base: $50,000
  • Bounty Performance Model: High-incentive placement bonuses for new accounts and monthly depletion bonuses on re-orders.
  • On Target Earnings: $105,000/year
