Guilford Hall Brewery and Flying Fish Brew Co. are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative(MD) to help grow our footprint in the craft beer market. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in the craft beer industry who is passionate about independent breweries, on-premise accounts, and building strong local partnerships.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned on- and off-premise accounts
  • Open new accounts and increase distribution within the territory
  • Maintain strong relationships with bar managers, buyers, and distributors
  • Conduct tastings, staff trainings, and promotional events
  • Execute sales goals, placements, and monthly targets
  • Track sales activity and account notes using CRM or reporting tools
  • Collaborate with marketing and brewery teams on promotions and launches
  • Represent Guilford Hall Brewery and Flying Fish Brew Co. at festivals, tap takeovers, and industry events

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in craft beer sales, distribution, or brewery roles
  • Live in Anne Arundel County, Prince George's County, or Washington DC
  • Strong knowledge of the craft beer landscape and beer styles
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in the field
  • Ability to lift kegs and work flexible hours (nights/weekends as needed)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
