Olyra Foods is a fast-growing food brand dedicated to delivering quality products to consumers while driving profitable and sustainable growth. We’re seeking a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager to accelerate our RGM goals by combining data-driven insight with trade and shopper marketing impact.
This role is based out of Boston, Massachusetts, and sits within the Sales team. It partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive promotion effectiveness, optimize trade investment, and elevate commercial decision-making.
The Revenue Growth Manager is an inspirational and strategic leader who collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making, create compelling sales stories, and maximize ROI. This role is responsible for leading the Category Analytics & Insights and Shopper Insights to drive insights-to-action.
An essential part of this role is driving continuous improvement to enhance the quality of our deliverables and contributions. This role is designed for someone prepared to coach the team to deliver outstanding category stewardship, challenge our processes, streamline operations, strategically sell through unique insights in a captivating manner, and deliver KPIs.

What You’ll Do
Full RGM Cycle Support
- Drive RGM activities from insight generation to strategic recommendations and execution
- Improve pricing, promotion, assortment, and trade terms to maximize revenue and margin
Trade & Promotion Planning & Performance
- Support planning and evaluation of trade promotions
- Track effectiveness of trade spend and evaluate promotional ROI
- Collaborate with Sales and Brokers to drive execution excellence
Shopper Marketing Analysis
- Support shopper marketing planning with insight-driven recommendations
- Evaluate the effectiveness of in-store activations, displays and shopper programs
- Translate shopper and market data into actionable trade/retail strategies
Reporting, Insights & Data Management
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and regular reporting
- Turn complex data (market, sales, promo, deductions) into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Customer P&L & Deduction Analytics
- Maintain customer-level P&L including trade spend and deductions
- Solve deduction issues and improve accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Analytics or similar CPG
commercial roles
- Strong commercial and analytical capability with excellent Excel skills
- Experience working with trade promotions, shopper initiatives, and retailer partners
- Effective communicator with ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Retail, shopper, or trade marketing experience is a strong advantage
- Experience working for consumer goods company preferred
- Experience pulling and analyzing syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, Spins)

Salary: $90,000-$150,000 based on experience
