Milonga Yerba Mate is a family-owned, Miami-based, young and creative brand revolutionizing the beverage category with our bold lineup of infused yerba mate beverages. We’re not just selling drinks — we’re creating uplifting herbal experiences and rethinking what it means to feel energized, focused, and elevated.
We’re looking for a Field Sales Representative to own the South Florida market, drive velocity, and build long-lasting retail relationships in one of the hottest growth sectors in CPG.
Compensation
$40,000–$45,000 base + high, uncapped commission
Bonuses awarded based on hitting KPIs and sales goals.
There is no ceiling to your potential earnings here.
Reports To
You’ll report directly to the VP of Sales, while working closely with the founders and brand marketing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Open new accounts and increase sell-through at existing locations.
- Deliver product in a Milonga-branded van (provided by the brand — gas covered).
- Ensure stellar merchandising and shelf presence using our POS materials.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with buyers, managers, and store staff.
- Represent the full Milonga portfolio:
- 10mg THC Sparkling Yerba Mate
- 5mg THC Sparkling Yerba Mate
- Lion’s Mane (non-THC) Functional Yerba Mate
- Activate the market through in-store sampling, consumer demos, and events at key accounts.
- Track inventory, collections, and orders using provided sales software.
Work Style + Schedule
At Milonga, we treat our team like adults — there’s no micromanagement, just expectations. Your effort = your profit. The more energy you put into growing your accounts, the more you’ll earn.
- You’ll be responsible for tracking leads, sales activity, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Expect to be on the road 4–5 days per week, visiting stores, opening new doors, and supporting existing accounts.
- Some evenings or weekends may be necessary for key events or samplings at high-volume retailers.
- South Florida is your primary region, but there’s flexibility to expand into new territories as we grow.
