Expo West 2022: Weller Talks THC Interests, Dale Katechis Joins Brand

While awaiting formal recognition for CBD as a food ingredient from the FDA, Colorado-based brand Weller introduced immunity drinks as a complementary product to its core beverage line of hemp-infused sparkling waters in 2020. But this year sees the company pivoting back to its roots in cannabis to expand its platform with the launch of new THC-infused beverages, bringing on Oskar Blues Brewery founder Dale Katechis, who joined Weller’s board of directors this month, to help guide its strategy.
