Brenden Schaefer is the Founder & CEO of Bright Foods, a line of refrigerated bars made with whole organic fruits and vegetables, adaptogens, probiotics and prebiotics. The brand’s clean label, vegan and gluten-free HPP products launched less than a year ago in Whole Foods. The team’s previous experience in food and beverage has helped them map out a strategic plan to prove the concept and are now ready to scale. Schafer is open to working with partners that can offer working capital to build the team, grow distribution and develop an e-commerce and marketing strategy.
