Vanity Fair and Carbone Fine Food Host ‘Power Party’ in NYC featuring Spotify Musical Performance by Ashe

On Monday, June 30, Vanity Fair and Carbone Fine Food hosted an exclusive“Power Party” cocktail event at The Pool—the iconic New York City venue where the term “power lunch” was first coined. 

The evening brought together a dynamic crowd of tastemakers from the worlds of culinary arts, entertainment, lifestyle, sports, and media to celebrate culture, flavor, and influence. 

Guests included Mario Carbone of Carbone Fine Food; TV personalities Jesse Solomon, Meredith Marks, and Brooks Marks; Broadway stars Gracie Lawrence, Jon Michael Hill, Adrienne Warren, and Tom Francis; as well as Leanna Bucerri, Lauren Skae, Maia Reficco, Haley Kalil, Jeff Zalaznick, Rich Torrisi, Joy Bauer, Megan Raudice, Audrey Jongens, and many more friends of Carbone and Vanity Fair. The evening also featured a Spotify-powered performance by singer-songwriter Ashe.

Chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi oversee the entire sauce process from start to finish, from choosing the farms that the ingredients are sourced from to testing hundreds of batches to ensure that the quality of the jarred sauce is second to none.
