Queens, NY – Burlap & Barrel is excited to launch brand-new single origin spice
blends and sweeteners at the 69th Summer Fancy Food
Show, taking place June 29-July 1, 2025, at the Javits Center in New York City.
Produced by the Specialty Food Association, the Summer Fancy Food Show will bring
together thousands of diverse makers, buyers, brokers, distributors, and
industry professionals from across the U.S.
and the globe. Burlap & Barrel will
showcase its products in Booth #6150.

Sumac Lemon Pepper, Steak Seasoning. Developed by the innovative team at Burlap
& Barrel, these classic American blends are elevated by the single origin
spices they are made with.

Woodland Honeys: Amber
Honey, Dark Honey, Smoked Honey, in partnership with Dr. Jane Goodall and the
Jane Goodall Institute. Harvested in the Miombo Woodlands of Western Tanzania.

Single Origin Sugars: Panela
Cane Sugar (Colombia), Jaggery Brown Sugar (India), Powdered Coconut Sugar
(Indonesia), Golden Crystal Turbinado Sugar (Barbados). Each single origin
sugar is produced by expert sugar-makers and adds flavor and unique sweetness
to recipes.

Heirloom Mexican Chilis: Ancho,
Guajillo, and Pasilla Chilis. Grown on a single farm in Guanajuato, Mexico,
these chilis hold all the flavor of the hot Mexican sun and showcase the
varietals’ unique richness and spiciness.

Origin Blends: Chai,
Curry, Tandoori ( Zanzibar), Five Spice (Vietnam), Herbs & Garlic (Mexico),
Herbes de Provence (France), Kebab (Turkey), Roasted Curry Powder (Indonesia).
Origin blends are made from single origin spices, grown and blended at origin
according to traditional recipes.

Extract with Rum & Bourbon and Cardamom Extract (in partnership with
Bittercube), Nothing Hidden Ranch (with Sohla & Ham El-Waylly), Cinnamon,
