New York, February 2025 – Blackbird Foods, a leading plant-based food brand known for its chef-crafted pizzas, seitan, and wings, has announced an acquisition by plant-based investor Ahimsa Companies. The acquisition marks a new chapter for Blackbird Foods as it expands its reach and innovation in the plant-based space.
