Dumpling Daughter, renowned for its authentic,
homestyle Chinese comfort food, is bringing another cherished family recipe to
kitchens everywhere with the debut of its newest sauce, Ginger Soy. Hitting
shelves this summer, the flavorful condiment offers a rich, tangy, slightly
spicy taste of classic Asian cuisine that is sure to elevate any dish.
Inspired by founder Nadia Liu Spellman’s upbringing,
Ginger Soy pays homage to the culinary legacy of her parents' restaurant, Sally
Ling’s, where the sauce was served in the 1980s. Featuring an irresistible
fusion of high-quality soy sauce and real ginger, the carefully crafted
condiment delivers a balance of flavors that’s both bold and refined.
"We are thrilled to share a piece of our
family's culinary heritage with the world through the launch of our Ginger Soy
sauce," said Nadia Liu Spellman, Founder of Dumpling Daughter. "As a
staple accompaniment to the dumplings served throughout my childhood, this
sauce is a testament to my family’s recipes passed down for generations. We are
excited for food enthusiasts to experience the authentic flavors and nostalgia
that our Ginger Soy Sauce brings to every dish."
Whether drizzled over dumplings, used as a marinade,
or added to stir-fry, Ginger Soy will add depth and a touch of tradition to any
dish.
Dumpling Daughter's
Ginger Soy will be available for purchase at select retailers in June, and
online at Amazon and DumplingDaughter.com beginning in July.
