PS Seasoning Unveils New Burger Seasoning Line for National Burger Month

PS Seasoning, a leading provider of specialty seasonings and sauces, is excited to announce its new line of gourmet burger seasonings. Available just in time for grilling season, the line includes four flavors designed to elevate every burger experience:  The Works, The Backyard Butter Burger, Bacon Bleu, and Umami Butter Seasoning.

“Americans consume more than 50 billion burgers each year,” says Roxanne Daly, Brand Manager at PS Seasoning. “Yet the options for seasoning typically don’t go beyond salt and pepper. We wanted to create unique and bold profiles that mimic the flavor of a gourmet burger using just the seasoning.”  The unique profiles range from bleu cheese and bacon to ‘the works,’ a blend of ketchup, mustard, and pickles.

Each blend is crafted in small batches and is tested in the company’s state-of-the-art culinary center. “We test our seasonings in multiple applications,” continues Daly. “These blends are meant for burgers, but are fantastic on other proteins like steak, chicken or even popcorn and veggies.”

The four seasonings in the line include:

• The Works: With everything but the burger, we put all the classic burger flavors including ketchup, mustard, pickles, cheese, bacon and onion into one unique seasoning (toppings optional!)
• The Backyard Butter Burger: Inspired by Wisconsin’s favorite butter burger, this seasoning blend has the perfect mix of salt, pepper, garlic and butter that creates a mouthwatering bite.
• Bacon Bleu: The perfect combination of crispy bacon and tangy bleu cheese, all in one irresistible seasoning.
• Umami Butter Mushroom and Onion Seasoning: This seasoning was designed to enhance the natural flavors of your burger with shiitake mushrooms, toasty brown butter, soy sauce, onion and other tasty spices.
