It’s time to reveal the players in the 11th installment of NOSH’s Pitch Slam, the leading business pitch competition for the food industry.
Presented by 301INC, the venture capital arm of General Mills, the competition features 11 of the hottest startups in packaged food, all creating innovative products spanning a wide range of categories including confection, prepared meals, international, snacking and functional foods.
The semifinal round of NOSH’s Pitch Slam 11 is scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 2, concluding at 9:30 a.m. PT. The group of six finalists will be announced at 12:10 p.m. PT. They will then prepare their final presentations for the following day, Friday, December 3, when a new slate of judges will pick a winner.

With decades of experience in brand building, retailing, investing, distribution and marketing, the judges for NOSH Pitch Slam 11 will offer participants and attendees valuable insights on what makes for a successful food brand.

- Eugene Kang, Co-Founder/CEO, Country Archer
NOSH Live attendees and livestream viewers will also have a role in the judging process. Audience votes will be weighted by attendance, aggregated, and the final tally will be utilized to assist judges in their decision-making.
The winner will be chosen by the final round of judges and announced at 3:00 p.m. PT. Following the announcement, the winning brand founder will join Ray Latif, the Editor and Producer of BevNET’s podcast Taste Radio, for a live interview.
In addition to recognition, the brand that receives the winning title also receives a NOSH advertising package valued at $10,000 and an exclusive livestream interview at the event.
The Pitch Slam 11 champion will join an esteemed lineup of past winners including Cocina 54, Elite Sweets, Savorly, Know Brainer, Beckon Ice Cream, Creation Nation, Watermelon Road, Tribali, and Bronx Hot Sauce.
