Eat Nice Foods co-founder Paul Cantagallo aims to take animals out of the food system by creating plant-based replacements for traditional pastas and meals. The mission-driven company has launched with two flavors of vegan ravioli with future plans to enter new categories. Cantagallo and his wife want to help more people eating plant-based and currently target millions in search of a quick plant-based meal, heads of flexitarian households, and vegan and vegetarians looking for new options. The company launched less than two years ago and is seeking to bring on social impact investors and advisors and raise a seed round of funding.
