Nestled between the Green Mountains and the Champlain Valley, our small team of dedicated employees makes delicious meat sticks in small batches. At Vermont Smoke & Cure, cutting corners goes against our very nature. We use only the best ingredients and slow-cook our meat sticks in a real Vermont Smokehouse. We balance time, temperature and humidity to craft perfectly cooked, tender products with a touch of smokey flavor in each bite.
