Tsubi Soup

Tsubi Soup makes freeze-dried instant soup cubes sourced and made in Japan that are ready in seconds with just hot water. The line includes white (Saikyo) miso with aosa seaweed and silken and agé tofu, yellow awase miso with eggplant, ginger and onions, red miso with Japanese mushrooms, and a hot-and-sour tomato soup with okra and molokhia, plus limited-edition Japanese spice blends. The soups are 100% plant-based, gluten-free, non-GMO and made without MSG, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives, and are shelf stable. Founded by Tsubasa "Tsubi" Nishitani.
