San-J

San-J is a maker of Japanese-style Tamari soy sauce and Asian condiments, brewing Tamari with 100% soybeans and no wheat for a richer, gluten-free alternative to conventional soy sauce. Its lineup includes certified gluten-free and organic Tamari, Tamari Splash, No Soy Tamari, Shoyu, Asian cooking sauces such as Hoisin and Korean BBQ, white miso soup and granola. In 2025 the company introduced SESAMO, its first toasted sesame oil, packaged in a squeeze bottle for drizzling and finishing and sold at retailers including Whole Foods Market.
