KUME

KUME is a Canadian brand of gochujang-based sauces made in small batches in Vancouver. Founded by two Korean-born sisters who immigrated to Canada, the brand reimagines traditional Korean fermented staples into ready-to-use, plant-based condiments for everyday cooking. Its lineup includes Gochujang Classic Sauce, Gochujang BBQ Sauce, and Gochujang Chipotle Sauce, packaged in squeeze pouches for drizzling, mixing, or marinating. The name KUME (??) derives from the Korean word meaning "to garnish."
