Your family deserves breakfasts as good as the ones you remember. We use better-for-you ingredients to create the same fluffy texture and delightful taste of old-fashioned, lazy Saturday mornings. All of our mixes are free from gluten, nuts, and seeds. Plus you can make them with or without dairy and eggs. I started creating my own mixes when I had to change my own diet because of a gluten intolerance. But my dad, Russ Wohlers of Ray's Boathouse in Seattle, is a chef and he pushed me to keep refining the recipe until we got the flavor and texture absolutely ... perfect! The extra work paid off - people tell me all the time that taste is what sets our mixes apart from other GF brands. But what makes me happiest of all is knowing that we're creating magical breakfast moments for families who thought they'd have to give up weekend waffles. -Josie
