Dark Chocolate, Molasses, nippy acidity, full-bodied With volcanic ash in the soil and wide temperatures swings between day and night, the Cauca department in western Colombia is home to some of the countries most fertile coffee-growing lands. These particular beans come from the Colombian Massif, a mountain range whose altitude lends this coffee a nippy acidity and vibrant sweetness that we've developed through a dark roast to create a bold, full-bodied cup evoking flavors of dark chocolate and molasses.
