Auïama makes organic frozen bone broths and vegetable forward complete meal soups in Miami. Everything is simmered for 24 hours from pasture raised and grass fed bones, made with organic vegetables and extra virgin olive oil, WFCF Organic certified, with zero seed oils and nothing artificial, and ready in 8 minutes. The line closes a real gap in frozen: between plain sipping broths and vegan vegetable soups, nobody offers a complete meal built on real bone broth. Founded by Marianna Berrizbeitia, Auïama is sold direct at auiama.com and in Miami independent markets, joins Fisher Island Club this summer, and opens a three month Pop Up Grocer residency in New York City in October 2026.
