On-Premises Sales Representative – Spirits
About the role
We’re looking for a dynamic Spirits Sales Representative to grow distribution, visibility, and relationships across on-premise accounts in the Houston market. You’ll manage a territory of bars, restaurants, hotels, and nightlife venues while representing a diverse spirits portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Grow sales, distribution, and brand presence in assigned territory
- Build strong relationships with beverage directors, bar managers, and owners
- Present and sell portfolio items, secure menu placements and features
- Execute tastings, promotions, and brand activation events
- Monitor inventory, ensure stock rotation, and maintain merchandising standards
- Track account activity and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with TABC regulations
Qualifications
- Experience in spirits/beverage sales or hospitality preferred
- Strong knowledge of spirits categories and on-premise operations
- TABC certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs as needed
