
Job Description: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

SUMMARY: The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and miscellaneous sales and marketing support. This role reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer and working closely with the Director of Marketing. This position is key for helping the sales department run smoothly to support company growth. May involve up to 80% travel within the United States. This is a fully remote position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support CGO and Director of Marketing with day-to-day sales & marketing tasks
· Coordinate and attend sales related events and trade shows
· Ship samples, branded sales material and swag as needed
· New item paperwork and vendor setups
· Order sales collateral and other printed materials
· Keep annual promotional grid and category review calendar up to date
· CRM Management, ensuring accurate and current information
· Manage data reporting including SPINS, Circana, distributor portals etc.
· Edit PowerPoint sales presentation templates
· Research and reserve trade show booths
· Research and order floor displays, racks, POS and other merchandising materials
· Manage sales project due dates and tasks
· Reply to requests and inquiries from customers and industry partners
· Attend regularly scheduled meetings with Sales & Marketing departments
· General admin support & other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
· The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the CPG Industry
· Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
· Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
· Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Be a team player who can work well with all levels in the organization
· Possess high proficiency in MS Office Suite products
· Experience with CPG industry data, Circana and SPINS, a plus
· Experience working with CRM is preferred
· This position frequently moves trade show and marketing materials weighing up to 50 pounds
· Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time (trade shows, demos and sampling events)
· Travel up to 50% (U.S. travel only)
Compensation:
· $60,000 – $70,000
· Annual Bonus program
