This is a versatile position with responsibilities across all aspects of brewery operations, to include brewing, packaging, and all other duties within the BrewLab area reporting to Head Brewer.

Qualifications
- General understanding brewing operations and warehousing. (Prior packaging, canning, kegging, and racking experience a plus)
- Mechanically minded a plus.
- Passion for learning new things.
- Computer literacy a plus.
- Must be reliable, communicate well, and manage time well.
- Strong collaborative nature and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Must have the schedule availability/flexibility to work long and/or odd hours as needed to complete tasks.
Responsibilities
- Performs CIP across all operations.
- Maintain detailed logs (SOP).
- Quality control and assurance throughout the process.
- Stewardship (proper use, maintenance, cleaning, etc.) of all brewery equipment, pumps, canning system, etc. and production areas.
- Heavy lifting (+-50lbs) of raw materials required in the brewing process.
- Troubleshoot with quickness and vigor.
- Warehouse/BrewLab cleaning and organizing.
Physical Demands and Work Environment: To perform the job, the employee is frequently required to bend, lift, walk, clean, crouch, and operate a pallet jack. The position will require the ability to carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. during production times. The work is typically performed in a food production atmosphere, with a moderate noise level.
