About Two Robbers

Two Robbers is a Philadelphia-based spirits company known for crafting high quality RTD cocktails with the best ingredients in the world, and high quality bottled spirits. We are now looking to expand our team with a dedicated On-Premise Sales Representative to help strengthen our footprint in the Philadelphia market. We are also a Proud Partner of the Philadelphia Eagles.


Role Overview

The On-Premise Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and brand awareness in bars, restaurants, venues, and other on-premise accounts across Philadelphia. This role combines relationship-building, account management, and field execution to ensure Two Robbers is top of mind, on menus, and moving volume in key accounts.


You’ll be our boots on the ground in Philly—building relationships, opening new doors, and ensuring Two Robbers is represented with excellence in our home market.


Responsibilities

  • Account Development
  • Open and grow new on-premise accounts across Philadelphia and surrounding neighborhoods.
  • Maintain strong relationships with bar managers, beverage directors, and owners.
  • Present and sell the full Two Robbers portfolio with compelling storytelling.
  • Sales Execution
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for placements, volume, and menu features.
  • Execute programming such as tastings, events, staff trainings, and seasonal promotions.
  • Ensure product visibility with proper menu placement, chalkboards, signage, and displays.
  • Market Presence
  • Actively visit accounts daily to build relationships and monitor execution.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at key events, festivals, and sports sponsorship activations.
  • Gather competitive intel and share market insights with the sales leadership team.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with distributor partners to drive sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate with marketing to roll out promotional programs effectively.
  • Report weekly on account activity, wins, and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience at Philadelphia brewery, distillery or bev-alc distributor.
  • Strong network in the Philadelphia bar/restaurant scene a major plus.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for craft beverages and hospitality.
  • Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
