West Food Brands Rebrands as Wild Flour Blends by Deana Karim, Expanding the Future of Gluten-Free Baking

Good Dee’s founder Deana Karim reimagines the acquired baking brand with a proprietary gluten-free flour blend, coconut sugar, a reformulated sweet potato donut mix, and a new chocolate cake mix launching January 2027.

West Food Brands is becoming Wild Flour Blends by Deana Karim, marking a new chapter for the baking brand under the leadership of Deana Karim, founder of Good Dee’s. Following the acquisition of West Food Brands, Karim is reimagining the company with a renewed product vision, a refined ingredient philosophy, and a fresh brand identity designed to expand the possibilities of gluten-free baking.

As part of the transformation, Karim has reformulated the brand’s best-selling sweet potato donut mix using her own proprietary gluten-free flour blend and coconut sugar. The updated recipe reflects the direction of Wild Flour Blends: thoughtfully developed baking mixes that deliver familiar, comforting flavors while remaining gluten-free and refined sugar-free.

A New Chapter for the Product Line

The rebrand includes a strategic evolution of the product lineup. Wild Flour Blends will discontinue the two additional West Food Brands SKUs and focus on a streamlined collection of baking mixes, beginning with the reformulated sweet potato donut mix.
