Los Angeles, CA — May 2026 — Sun Noodle is expanding its retail footprint with the launch of its Ramen Kit lineup at Target, available at a wide range of stores across the country beginning May 2026. The launch includes three flavor varieties (Miso, Shoyu, and Spicy Sesame), bringing authentic, restaurant-quality ramen to everyday home kitchens.

Crafted with the same care and expertise trusted by authentic ramen shops, each kit pairs Sun Noodle’s signature freshly made noodles with soup bases inspired by classic ramen dishes. Cooked in one pot in just a few minutes, Sun Noodle Ramen Kits deliver deeply satisfying flavor without preservatives, artificial coloring, or MSG.

The flavor lineup reflects classic regional ramen styles: Tokyo-style Shoyu with a clean, savory soy-based broth; bold and rich Miso inspired by Sapporo’s cold-weather comfort bowls; and Spicy Sesame, a Japanese interpretation of tantanmen that balances creamy sesame richness with chili heat. Each variety offers 14–15g of protein per serving and is vegan-friendly, making them both comforting and versatile.
