Nuts.com Extends Leadership Bench with Two Executive Appointments
Cranford, N.J. — February 17, 2026 — Nuts.com, a leading direct-to-consumer specialty food and snack company, announced the recent appointment of two new executives to its leadership team: Katie Iles as Chief Commercial Officer and Charlotte Myer as Vice President of Product Innovation and Merchandising. Both joined the company on February 2.
Katie Iles brings extensive experience leading high-growth consumer brands and building high-performing, values-driven teams. Most recently, she served as Chief Growth Officer at The Farmer's Dog, where she spent seven years helping scale the company into one of the leading dog food brands in the US market. During her tenure, Iles led acquisition, retention, product, data, engineering, design, new categories, veterinary relations, and customer service, playing a central role in driving the company's national growth and customer-centric innovation.
As Chief Commercial Officer at Nuts.com, Iles will oversee all revenue channels, including direct-to-consumer, B2B, and Amazon, as well as the teams shaping the company's value proposition: Product Innovation & Merchandising and Brand & Creative. In this role, she will focus on commercial strategy, accelerating execution, and continuing to build a customer-led business.
Charlotte Myer joins Nuts.com as Vice President of Product Innovation and Merchandising, bringing deep expertise in food product strategy, innovation, and merchandising. She spent the past 10 years at FreshDirect, where she managed a large and complex assortment and earned a reputation for balancing creativity with analytics. Myer is known for translating customer insights into compelling product assortments rooted in strategic sourcing and developing strong, engaged teams.
Together, Iles and Myer will build on Nuts.com's strong leadership foundation while helping to enhance focus, alignment, and execution across the organization.
