Mind Blown Plant Based Seafood Co. Launches New Crispy, Crunchy, Fried Shrimp

GWYNN’S ISLAND, VA. (November 4, 2024) – Mind Blown by The Plant Based Seafood Co., announces the launch of their newest plant based seafood product as an LTO, Crispy, Crunchy, Fried Shrimp. In anticipation of the upcoming holiday season, Mind Blown is excited to offer an exclusive item perfect for indulging and delighting both vegans and seafood eaters alike. This product joins their award-winning Mind Blown Crab Cakes, Coconut Shrimp and Dusted Scallops in the Mind Blown product lineup.

“This Shrimp is crispy and crunchy on the outside and tender and sweet on the inside, just like traditional shrimp from the water. It’s also our first par-cooked product that is ready to heat and eat”, said Co-founder and CEO Monica Talbert.

“We come from the traditional seafood restaurant industry and fried shrimp was always one of the top customer favorites! These plant based shrimp are so versatile and perfect to dunk into cocktail sauce, toss with a bang-bang sauce, stuff in a taco, or top over a bowl of creamy grits.” she added.
