Victoria Ho, Founding Member, :Included CPG
A passionate and positive force in the natural products industry, Victoria Ho is dedicated to creating visibility for entrepreneurs of color as a founding member of :Included CPG, a non-profit organization advancing access and equity for diverse-owned brands.
She is also the founder and CEO of Sherpa CPG, leveraging over a decade of experience as a brand strategist, product developer and commercialization expert to help emerging brands innovate and scale retail-ready products. Last year, she co-founded khalo, a functional cooking paste crafted without gums, emulsifiers, preservatives or artificial ingredients. To add to her already-packed plate, she also serves as a board member for the Specialty Food Association and entrepreneur-in-residence for the Watson Institute.
