About DioniLife
DioniLife was founded on a simple belief: choosing not to drink alcohol should never mean compromising on taste, quality, or experience. As the first exclusively non-alcoholic beverage portfolio company created by industry leaders from some of the world's most respected beer and spirits organizations, DioniLife is redefining what adult drinks can be. Built by executives with decades of experience shaping global brands across beer, wine, and spirits, we bring the same standards of craftsmanship, innovation, and ambition to a new generation of beverages.
Our portfolio includes 2026 World Beer Cup Gold Medal Winning non-alcoholic beer brand Mash Gang, Mediterranean-inspired aperitif Pavari, and blue agave-based La Borosa—each created to deliver exceptional flavor, premium quality, and a genuine sense of occasion. We believe consumers deserve more choice. More choice when celebrating. More choice when socializing. More choice in how they live, connect, and enjoy life's moments. That's why every product in our portfolio is carefully selected, developed, or acquired with one uncompromising principle: it must be something we genuinely love to drink. At DioniLife, we're not simply creating alternatives to alcohol. We're building a new category of premium adult beverages—one where flavor comes first, inclusivity matters, and everyone has a seat at the table.
As we continue to expand across the United States, the United Kingdom, and beyond, our mission remains unchanged: to create world-class drinks that elevate every occasion while contributing to a more balanced, inclusive, and mindful future.
Job Description
The DioniLife Retail Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing DioniLife's U.S. trade-marketing strategy across grocery, independent Off Premise, On Premise, and emerging retail channels. Based in Austin TX, this role will primarily support DioniLife's grocery-chain business, including customer-specific programming for Whole Foods Market, H-E-B, Kroger, Sprouts Farmers Market, Trader Joe's, and other strategic retailers.
The role will also create scalable trade-marketing programs and sales tools that support DioniLife's complete U.S. business across independent retailers, bars, restaurants, hotels, venues, and non-traditional accounts. This person will translate DioniLife's brand strategies into compelling customer programs and exceptional consumer experiences at the point of purchase and point of consumption. They will work closely with DioniLife's sales, brand marketing, operations, and finance teams, as well as distributor partners, brokers, agencies, vendors, and customers.
The Retail Trade Marketing Manager will own the development and execution of customer presentations, retail programs, merchandising tools, point-of-sale materials, sampling initiatives, promotional campaigns and channel-specific activation plans designed to increase rate-of-sale, distribution, awareness, and trial.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced CPG, beverage, or alcohol-industry trade marketer who understands how to turn brand strategy into programs that work in retail and hospitality environments.
This person should have a strong understanding of grocery retail while also appreciating the different needs of independent Off Premise and On Premise customers. They should be equally comfortable developing a national grocery program, creating a retail sell-in presentation, designing an independent-store toolkit, and building an activation for a bar, restaurant, or consumer event.
The successful candidate will combine creativity with commercial discipline. They understand that great trade marketing must strengthen the brand while also helping customers, distributors, and sales teams sell more effectively. This person should be highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple projects, partners, timelines, and budgets within a fast-growing organization.
