The Role 

We’re looking for a driven, connected, and curious Hops Sales Representative to grow our sales and presence across the U.S. You’ll work closely with breweries and distributors, bringing our hop portfolio to life through storytelling, and collaboration. 

You’ll be the face of Hop Revolution in-market, someone who understands brewers, speaks their language, and helps them create something exceptional. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with breweries, distributors, and industry partners? 
  • Deliver sales across the US market 
  • Bring our hop portfolio to life promoting both core and specialty varieties? 
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities to grow our presence and customer base? 
  • Deliver engaging product presentations, tastings, and technical support? 
  • Represent Hop Revolution at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings 
  • Stay close to the market, tracking trends, competitor activity, and evolving brewer needs?and report findings back to executives. 
  • Assist in the development of, and deliver on sales targets? 
  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure a seamless customer experience 


What We’re Looking For 

  • Proven ability to win business and grow accounts (ideally in brewing, agriculture, or a related space)? 
  • Strong understanding of hops, brewing, or the craft beer landscape? 
  • A natural relationship builder, authentic, credible, and easy to work with? 
  • Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen 
  • Self-starter who can manage their territory and priorities independently? 
  • Willingness to travel across the U.S.? 
  • Organized, proactive, and motivated to make an impact 
  • Tech-savvy, CRM friendly, spreadsheet capable and comfortable with sales tools 


Desirable (but not essential) 

  • Experience working directly with breweries or beverage producers? 
  • Existing network within the craft brewing industry? 
  • Understanding of agricultural supply chains
