SUMMARY: Good Boy Vodka is immediately looking for qualified candidates to represent the brand. This position is designed to achieve sales growth in your region, focusing on retail and on-premise customers. The successful Brand Representative will be challenged to meet or exceed assigned sales goals and participate in and represent the brand at events and samplings in your region. This position must uphold the integrity of the company by following its guidelines and meeting its expectations, goals and mission. Brand Representatives will report to assigned Area Sales Manager and/or Regional Sales Director and will work in tandem to achieve sales and distribution goals.
ABOUT THIS POSITION:
- Pitch and sell Good Boy Vodka's product portfolio to new On and Off Premise accounts within your sales region with minimum expectations of 40 account calls per week.
- Visit existing accounts throughout your territory to build and maintain relationships with buyers and decision-makers.
- Host and/or book on and off premise product tastings and events in order to engage consumers and create brand awareness.
- Work closely with distributor and retailer personnel to ensure that commitments are delivered.
- Educate consumers, retailers and distributors on Good Boy Vodka brands that are represented within your territory.
- Track territory sales growth and all new and existing account visits via Karma.
- Communicate and work with our national distribution partner and other state distributors and their sales force to ensure our brand is being represented well in your region.
- Participate in and, in many cases, manage planned Good Boy Vodka events in your region.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
- Vehicle insurance complying with minimum requirements of state of residence.
- Willing to travel for account management
- Must be willing to work nights and occasional weekends.
- Be self-driven with strong initiative.
- Have strong verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrable time management and organizational skills.
- Must have basic computer knowledge. Know how to work MS Office Suite and company email.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to communicate well
- Beverage industry knowledge and experience is a must.
- Good relationships, contacts and connections in the industry is strongly preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift and carry a 25+ pound case of product on a repetitive basis
- Ability to travel within the territory up to 90% of the time, defined as time out of office visiting accounts
- Ability to pull, push, kneel, bend
