The Pathfinder is the leading nonalcoholic spirit in America — and we're just getting started. We're deep in the roots of over 30 markets and growing, because people are waking up to a different way to drink. We're looking for a true believer to carry the brand into Illinois and make The Pathfinder impossible to ignore. This isn't a desk job. This is a calling.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO OUT THERE

Forge the Strategy Partner with the Regional Director to build and execute a sales strategy that hits KPI targets and grows our footprint — methodically, creatively, relentlessly.

Own Your Territory

  • Map the land. Identify new opportunities, cultivate real relationships, and lock in the lighthouse accounts that define us in the market.
  • Work alongside CMC Shared Reps to optimize coverage and distribution — get The Pathfinder on more shelves, in more hands.
  • Partner with Breakthru Beverage to close quarterly KPIs and make sure we're not just on the shelf — we're top of mind.

Build Real Relationships

  • Earn the trust of retailers, buyers, and partners. Not just as a vendor — as a resource and a collaborator.
  • Educate, inspire, and tailor your approach to fit each account's needs. Tastings, events, conversations — whatever it takes.
  • Show up especially strong at Binny's, Whole Foods, and other high-velocity doors where the right presence compounds over time.

Work the Distributor Partnership

  • Hold monthly check-ins with your BBG Business Manager and Regional Director — goals, KPIs, incentives, and business plans on the table every time.
  • Recap weekly activity (CMC included) with Business Managers and KAMs so placements don't just happen — they stick.
  • Keep the Regional Director looped in on every meaningful BBG conversation.

Be the Brand

  • You are The Pathfinder in Illinois. Carry that with intention.
  • Show up at the events and functions that matter. Represent with warmth, knowledge, and conviction — and yes, destroy all bad vibes on sight.
  • Run 2–3 tastings and demos per month at key accounts; coordinate tasting agencies and street teams to keep our presence alive in between.
  • Make Chicago feel The Pathfinder. In bars, in retail, in conversation — we should be unmistakable.

Track, Report, Grow

  • Use VIP, iDig, and Karma to manage the day-to-day and keep targets sharp alongside Stoli leadership.
  • Stay in sync with marketing, supply chain, and ops — because great strategy only works when everything moves together.
