Company Overview:

We provide full scale DTC solutions for our spirits brand partners. Giving them the ability to sell their products online to consumers across the country legally, while also improving their profit margins.


Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities with various spirits brands and distilleries across the country. Building out a targeted list of brands to go after (based on who fits the profile for our ideal client) with the goal of becoming their exclusive DTC partner.

Duties

  • Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach within assigned territories
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Manage a designated territory by building relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing customized solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase market share and revenue
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering ongoing support for account management and upselling opportunities

Experience:

  • Proven track record in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with demonstrated success in business development
  • Strong understanding of sales processes including lead generation, cold calling, product demos, and closing strategies
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
  • Knowledge of marketing techniques that support direct sales efforts and territory expansion
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with analysis skills to assess client needs and present compelling solutions

Compensation:

Base salary plus commission plus bonus incentives. Base salary range $60-65k. Should be making $100k++ by year 2
