As a Sales Representative, you’ll own a high-impact territory, making sure our brands show up, sell through, and stand out where it matters most. From major metros to neighborhood staples, you’ll build lasting relationships, expand distribution, and bring our portfolio to life in the field.

What You'll Do:

  • Sell the full JuneShine Brands portfolio (JuneShine, Flying Embers, Willies Remedy+ and more)
  • Own and grow your market, driving distribution, visibility, and velocity across accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with on- and off-premise partners
  • Prospect and win new business while expanding existing accounts
  • Execute tastings, promotions, events, and ride-alongs to support distributor success
  • Manage your time and territory with discipline—prioritizing high-impact accounts and opportunities
  • Track and report performance, wins, and opportunities to leadership
  • Train accounts on product positioning and competitive advantages to drive sell-through
  • Support annual business planning (ABP) and national account execution


Must Haves:

  • 21+ years of age at the time of application
  • State-specific alcohol certification by start date
  • Minimum 2 years of alcohol beverage sales experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Based within your assigned market, with reliable transportation and ability to travel regularly
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed


Nice to Haves:

  • 2+ years of beverage, THC, or CPG sales experience
  • Established distributor relationships in your market
  • Experience managing multi-city or regional territories
  • Experience supporting national account execution


The Logistics:


Compensation:

  • $60,000–$80,000 per year*, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary performance bonus
  • *Compensation varies by market and is determined based on location, experience, and qualifications
  • For field-based sales roles, gas expenses are fully covered
