Built around artisanal mezcal and elevated natural ingredients, the brand is designed for modern nightlife and premium hospitality environments. The company is founder-led, well-capitalized for launch, and executing a tightly focused neighborhood-driven entry strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute Los Angeles market launch strategy and territory development
- Open and manage high-impact on-premise accounts including cocktail bars, nightlife venues, and hospitality groups
- Build productive working relationships with distributor partners
- Lead tastings, staff education, and brand activation initiatives
- Identify targeted boutique off-premise placements aligned with brand positioning
- Support nightlife programming, events, and experiential marketing efforts
- Monitor sales performance and provide market intelligence to leadership
- Collaborate closely with founders on pricing, programming, and expansion timing
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years beverage alcohol sales experience within California
- Established relationships across Los Angeles bar, nightlife, and hospitality networks
- Experience launching or scaling premium spirits or RTD brands preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in an early-stage environment
- Strong personal presence and relationship-building ability
- Organized, data-aware, and execution-focused
- Passion for premium spirits, culture, and nightlife
Compensation & Growth
- $130,000 - 140,000 base salary
- Mileage reimbursement
