Los Angeles & Orange County Field Sales Representative

Allagash Brewing Company, a Maine-based craft brewery known for quality, innovation, and sustainable practices, is looking for a Field Sales Representative (FSR) to support and grow our presence throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. In this role, you’ll spend most of your time in the field visiting current accounts, opening new ones, working closely with our distributor partners, and ensuring Allagash is well represented on shelves, menus, and draft lists. You’ll be the face of Allagash in the market- building strong relationships, leading trainings and activations, and supporting events that bring our brand to life.
This market is fast-moving and relationship-driven, so experience in LA/OC, familiarity with the Reyes network, and background working with large on-premise accounts are all highly preferred. Success in this role comes from staying organized, communicating clearly, and bringing a positive, people-first approach to every interaction. A background in sales, hospitality, or the three-tier system is helpful, and we’re especially excited to meet candidates who build strong partnerships and can create genuine excitement about our beer.
This is a full-time, salaried role with a base compensation range of $58,900 to $70,000 depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. It also includes eligibility for our sales incentive program, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $6,000 annually.

A comprehensive onboarding process will take place at the brewery in Portland, Maine, and in the LA market. A minimum of two trips to the brewery are planned every year to meet with the sales team in person and dedicate time on campus to immerse yourself in all things Allagash. There may also be occasional travel outside the LA/OC territory, based on business needs, including support for crew drives, beer festivals, and other market activities.
This position requires some evening and weekend hours, and a valid driver's license. Air travel and overnight travel are required. The ideal candidate would be centrally located within the territory, preferably near Downtown Los Angeles, to allow efficient access to both LA and OC accounts.
