Veggie Confetti

Veggie Confetti is a refrigerated pickled vegetable topping brand founded by Kelsey, who began pickling colorful vegetables at home and sprinkling them on dishes "like confetti." The line includes ready-to-eat pickled onions, jalapeños, cabbage, carrots and cucumber, plus pickled veggie slaws: Rainbow Slaw, Kimchi Slaw and Mango Fiesta, a mix of mango and jicama with a chili-lime kick. Products are gluten-free, made without artificial ingredients, and sold in the refrigerated section at retailers including Wegmans, Hannaford, Giant and Costco roadshows.
