Our Swaha Popped Waterlily Seeds is an ancient Ayurvedic superfood snack that has been consumed for centuries. As kids growing up in India, this was a special treat snack for us. Now, we truly understand why this is a superfood: high in protein, low calorie, zero sugar and all the trace minerals that the seasonal mountain rivers bring. As founders, though our background is technology, our passion is food and wholesome lifestyle. Hence we set out to create a snack food that was really good for you, free of artificial stuff and common allergens so all can enjoy. We made a pledge: never add anything in there which we ourselves wouldn’t eat, that meant no artificial flavors, preservatives or colors. All of our spices are hand blended fresh for each batch, which you can really taste in every bag! We are a family owned small business and our products are proudly manufactured in the USA. Using premium seeds and aromatic spices, our unique roasting and seasoning method gives that perfect balance of crunch, texture and flavor in every bite. Swaha is a Sanskrit word meaning “an offering” and this is our humble offering to you!
