PHiSTiK is a pistachio brand founded by Serdar Sinaci, a food professional born in Antep, Turkey, and operated by Phistik LLC. The brand sources single-origin pistachios from family farms in Antep and sells them in two minimally processed formats: raw, unsalted shell-off kernels (2.5oz, $9.95) and roasted, lightly salted shell-on pistachios (5.5oz, $15.95). Emphasizing organic practices, consistency and minimal processing, PHiSTiK sells direct-to-consumer via its Shopify store and through specialty retailers and cafes including Formaggio Kitchen, Carissa's Bakery and Greystone Cafe.
