Nymbl

Nymbl is a high-protein French-style ice cream brand founded by Rania Nasis, MD, MBA, and based in New York. The pints combine an indulgent French ice cream base — made with extra egg yolks for a richer, denser texture — with whey protein isolate and milk protein concentrate, and are formulated without gums, stabilizers or artificial ingredients. The self-funded brand launched with three flavors: vanilla, chocolate (made with organic cocoa) and cookies & cream. Nymbl began soft-launching in retail in 2026, including at Pop Up Grocer in New York City.
